Slammers North Training Programs
At Slammers Performance, we build faster, stronger, more durable athletes across all sports. Coaches Alea Wildman and Dan Perse tailor programs to each athlete’s age, sport, and goals, supported by seasonal strength blocks for youth (10–14) and ongoing assessments. Training pillars include total-body strength, core stability, balance, sport-specific power, functional movement, and age-appropriate progressions—all amplified by the motivation of group training. We also offer all-sport and team training; book a free consultation to map out a program.
Group Training and Team Training
Most of our instruction at Slammers North is Group based training. Training in groups of 3-4 players keeps the cost down, athletes can learn from each other and the instructors is able to help more athletes in a shorter period of time!
If you and your team want to get personal instruction from one of our instructors, we can make that happen as well! This would be a whole team setting with one coach teaching a specific aspect of the game: Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Situations and more.
