Train with the Pros
Success on the diamond is built on a foundation of speed, strength and power, but these pillars look different for every player. Our programs customize workouts to match an athlete’s physical maturity, which obviously has a wide range from 8U to 18U to college and even the professional level.
To stay ahead of the curve, and more importantly, to make sure these athletes stay on the field, Slammers uses advanced technology and expertise of our Slammers Performance program to ensure the athletes not only understand how to work out appropriately, but why these exercises are key to their all around athleticism.
We bridge the gap between effort and efficiency using:
- Biomechanical Analysis: Sensors and high-speed video to measure Range of Motion (ROM) and joint integrity. Force plate testing, gym aware (velocity based training equipment) and Dynameters all work together to create blueprint for each athlete.
- Injury Prevention: By identifying "leaks" in a player's kinetic chain—such as limited hip mobility or shoulder instability—coaches can establish proper techniques that prevent the wear and tear that lead to injury.
- Data-Driven Feedback: Technology allows players to see their progress in real-time, turning "feel" into "real" and ensuring every rep has a purpose.
The Personalized Roadmap
No two ballplayers are the same, which is why the journey begins with Individual assessments. These assessments create a roadmap, allowing coaches to funnel more attention into an athlete's deficiencies while sharpening their natural weapons. This level of individualized care ensures that when a player steps onto a high school field, they aren't just a "baseball player"—they are a finely-tuned athlete who understands exactly how their body moves and how to keep it at peak performance.

The Science of Hitting for Power
Power doesn't come from swinging harder — it comes from physics. Learn how the kinetic chain, launch angle, and timing work together to produce exit velocities that turn routine fly balls into extra-base hits. The science is real, and every variable is trainable.
