Common Questions

What ages do you work with?
Private lessons are available for players ages 10–18. Every lesson is adjusted based on age, experience level, and individual goals.

Can my player work on pitching, not just hitting?
Absolutely. We offer private lessons for hitting, pitching, fielding, and overall athletic development. Choose the coach and focus area that fits your player's needs.

What should my player bring?
Bat, helmet (for hitters), glove, and athletic clothes. We provide cage access, training balls, and all data/video equipment.

How do I schedule?
After you submit the booking form, we'll reach out within 24 hours to match you with the right coach and get your first session on the calendar at our Broomfield facility. Returning players can book directly through the app.

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. We understand emergencies happen and will always work with you.

Do lesson packages expire?
Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Extensions are available if your player has travel ball conflicts or schedule changes.

Can I watch the lessons?
Yes. Parents are welcome to observe. You'll also receive a post-session report so you know exactly what was covered and what to work on at home.

Can I request a specific coach?
Yes. When booking, you can request a specific coach based on your player's position, goals, or preference. We'll do our best to accommodate scheduling.
