A Revolutionary Arm Care Program
Our Arm Velocity Program focuses on continuing the process of arm health and developing mechanics through strength training. The bi-product of such emphasis on functional shoulder health and strength training has increased throwing velocities.
Slammers AVP
We use TeamBuildr, Rapsodo, and Edgertronic to track every athlete’s measurable stats and build a clear progression. Driveline/Rapsodo certified coaches design results-driven programming with plyo and weighted balls, tailoring work for both pitchers and position players; position players follow a position-specific, non-mound track. Throughout the program we monitor velo and workload data to protect health while driving gains. Every athlete follows a proven strength and conditioning plan to boost durability and velocity, and we incorporate targeted plyo/weighted ball work to build shoulder strength and arm speed for all positions.
